I didn't grow up in a family/environment that value a healthy lifestyle, including instilling the importance of exercise. The only exercise that I saw my Mum did was aerobic in front of the TV every Sunday :)
So I'd say that to incorporate exercise into my daily healthy lifestyle has been one of my biggest challenges. Because what it essentially represents is breaking down passed-down conditioning and value system! WOAH...
Especially if you have a specific health condition like me (i.e. scoliosis), I got a specific exercise that's ideally done every day to maintain the healthy state of my spine.
